I had lived most of my life as an obese adult, then through changing my habits, and introducing good nutrition and movement into my day, I lost 55kgs. I understand the roller coaster ride, the frustrations - of weight loss. I understand how big a journey it can appear in the beginning.
But the additional stresses being overweight places on your body are serious. Preventable illness, is serious. Excessive weight, is uncomfortable. And your health, SO important.
When you create a positive mindset, exercise consistently and eat great, nutritious, food - you feel so clean. So light. So fit. Certainly healthy. And you know you are capable of enjoying life to its fullest.
It isn't about perfection, it isn't about how many 'kgs' you weigh ... it's simply about being the best and healthiest version of *you* you can be.
