So how do I join in?
To work towards a healthier you plus be a part of the Whitsunday team, head to www.1millionkilochallenge.com.au/.
Click on ‘register myself’ and pledge your kgs - after completing your own details - make sure you type in the team name - I have registered “ Whitsunday Winners ” for the Whitsunday locality. (Why? cos we ARE!!!) Pop that into the ‘team search’ box and make sure you then CLICK ON IT once it’s up so you are a part of the team and .... submit. It’s that easy!

Commit to your goal. Encourage everyone you know in the Whitsundays to join us - it CAN be done at home - and see what results we can achieve over the next ten weeks as a community group - let’s contribute our share of excess weight and work towards creating a healthier society!
