A great article that really says it all - it isnt about the amount of food we eat, it's about, the type - no amount of 'junk' food is going to give us the nutrients our bodies require - therefore we DO remain in a constant state of 'hungry' - with a desire for *more* ... and no sugar/fat/salt laden foods are going to eliminate that desire ...
Our bodies, wont feel 'full' until they are satisfied - nutritionally!
So don't just keep eating, mindlessly ... the only outcome of that, is a bloated, fat body... still feeling hungry, still unsatisfied, and still, yearning for nutrients that we arent supplying it with ... focus on everything you put in your mouth, and eat fulfilling, nourishing foods that will give our bodies exactly what they are looking for.
