are you happy



Happiness can occur by changing the tiniest of things in our lives … the first step is figuring out what little (or big!) thing could do with a bit of a shake-up.
  • Could you exercise and release some endorphins?
  • Could you take steps towards getting help if something’s not quite right?
  • Could you tell someone you think they’re awesome?
  • Could you say something nice to yourself at least once a day…?
Choose to get the most out of every single day you are given, make pro active choices towards a happy, fulfilling and wonderful life!
