absolutely fabulous

What a great opportunity I was given this morning for an absolutely fabulous session - mother and daughter - coming together and training, intensely!
It was awesome to witness the bond and support they had for each other
Margaret - you are becoming an inspiration for many - and ABSOLUTE PROOF - consistency, sweat, and a good healthy diet - thrown together with determination = 100% results!!!
