then.... YUMMY - this months breakfast menu ....
- wholemeal muffins with wilted spinach, poached egg and avocado
- muesli (courtesy of capers airlie beach) with natural yoghurt and berries
- watermelon, nectarines, oranges and cherries
- freshly juiced orange juice and carrot juice - with just a touch of beetroot and ginger! YUM!
