no excuses

Don't fall for the lose weight quick diets, yes you may lose weight in that week however you will not keep it off... you do more harm than good with your metabolism, and then, gain even more weight.

Weight loss is slow, steady, progressive. Be consistent with everything you are doing and create NO excuses - great nutritious food, regular exercise, a good sleep EVERY night, plus make time for relaxation and fun in this stressful world - and your long term results will be amazing - and for LIFE!
