fitness challenge

brought to my attention today .. wondering how it will feel? - gonna give it a go :) how bout you? just remember, push ups on knees if necessary! toes if you can! :D

Power hour: 2-10 push ups every minute on the minute for one hour!
Time crunch? go for 30 minutes... just do more per minute.

You can find 30 minutes on a Sunday to pound out some fitness.
